CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients together well. Beat and combine all ingredients together, mixing until well blended. Pour into 3 (9") regular unbaked pie shells or 2 (9") deep dish pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Use real whipped cream on top. This is the best chocolate pie I have made.
