CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. plain flour
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients except 1 stick butter. Add 2 eggs beaten, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 cup pecans (optional). Melt 1 stick butter, add to other ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool, then add Cool Whip or ice cream.
