SIMPLE CHOCOLATE PIE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

PART 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 of lg. Cool Whip

PART 3:
2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix crust ingredients together, press into bottom of 13"x9" Pyrex dish and bake at 425 degrees until brown.

Mix first part of ingredients together and pour over crust.

Next mix 2nd part of ingredients together and pour over top. Spread remaining 1/2 of Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts.
