POLYNESIAN PORK 
2 pork tenderloin
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey
2 cloves garlic

BASTING SAUCE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Line shallow pan with foil. Put tenderloin on rack in shallow pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Roast at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with basting sauce. Cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve. Serves 8.
