PORK CHOP DELIGHT 
6 boneless pork chops
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
2 diced tomatoes
1 c. grated cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Dash of salt & pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Soy sauce to taste

Fry pork chops over low fire. After chops have cooked 3/4 of the way through, add salt and pepper and garlic powder. While chops are cooking saute onion, pepper, water chestnuts, and tomatoes for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add on pork chops, cover in cheese; let set until cheese has melted.
