BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Thaw broccoli and drain - do not cook.

1 lg. onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
5 or 6 dashes Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients, except cornbread mix; add it last from the box. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Keep refrigerated and heat to serve.
