MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. "Acini Di Pepe" #27 macaroni
1 c. (15 oz.) chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 dash salt
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can (10 oz.) mandarin oranges
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain, keep liquid. Cook liquid with 3/4 cup sugar, add flour and salt, add slightly beaten eggs. Cook until thickened. Pour over macaroni, refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add fruit and Cool Whip, mix well. Decorate with maraschino cherries if desired. Makes a large salad.
