MILK COFFEE JELLY 
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. strong coffee
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

1. Mix the sugar with the coffee and milk.

2. Soak the gelatin in the cold water for five minutes. Dissolve over hot water.

3. Mix the gelatin with the coffee mixture. Stir in the vanilla, pour into a mold and chill until firm.

4. Unmold and serve with whipped cream. Serves 4.
