8 med. potatoes
8 slices fried bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. Velveeta cheese in 1/2 inch squares
16 oz. Hellmann's real mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil potatoes until easily sliced, about 10 minutes. Cut into small squares. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.
