BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
Paper muffin cups

Place paper cups in ungreased tins. Sift dry ingredients together. Add blueberries to dry mix and mix until well coated.

In small bowl, beat eggs, then add melted butter and milk. Quickly stir liquid mixture into dry mix. Do not over mix. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly brown. Makes 12-15.
