MICROWAVE BARBECUE CHICKEN 
8 chicken breast tenders
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

In a mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar and cider vinegar. Stir in soy sauce, ketchup, ground ginger, onion and garlic powder. Place in microwave and cook on medium for 2 minutes. Place chicken breasts in 2 quart microwave baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Place baking dish in microwave oven. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes. Serve over rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
