APPLE CRISP 
4 c. baking apples
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/3 c. butter

Peel and slice apples into 8 inch greased baking pan. Blend sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and butter until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until topping is golden brown. Makes 5 servings. May be doubled easily. May be served with a scoop of ice cream on top.
