CANUCK TOURTIERE 
1 1/2 lb. ground lean raw pork
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. sage

Combine ingredients and cook for 25 minutes. When cool, pour into a pie plate lined with pastry. Cover with pastry and bake in hot oven (450 degrees) for 15 minutes. Then reduce oven heat to 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until pastry is nicely browned. Makes 6 servings.
