6 oz. can (3/4 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. white raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Combine 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate with remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend at lowest speed for 30 seconds. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake and sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients.
