6 oz. frozen orange juice (thawed)
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan. Combine 1/2 cup juice with rest of ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend at low speed 30 seconds. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into tube pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Drizzle rest of juice over warm cake. Sprinkle with topping of 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Combine and spread over cake.
