PRALINE KISSES 
1 egg white
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Beat egg white until foamy. Gradually add sugar (2 tablespoons at a time) beating until stiff and peaks and sugar dissolves. Fold in vanilla and pecans.

Drop by spoonsful 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 1 hour (don't open oven).
