CHEESE LOG 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, room temperature
1 oz. cream cheese
1 can green chilies
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Place Velveeta between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Roll out like pie crust in a rectangular shape. Mix cream cheese, chilies and nuts. Spread on Velveeta and roll up like jelly roll. Refrigerate until firm. Slice and serve on crackers.
