YVONNE'S CHEESE LOG 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega green chilies, chopped
Slivered almonds

Between saran wrap roll Velveeta cheese to 1/4 inch thick. Spread cream cheese over Velveeta. Top cheese with chilies. Roll jelly roll style into log. Using bottom layer of saran wrap helps to shape cheese. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Cut to desired length. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with crackers.
