5 lbs. potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream (1 c.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together with a blender and put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 people.
