ZUCCHINI CHEDDAR BREAD 
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease and flour round pan. Cook and stir onions in butter until tender, cool slightly. Mix onion mixture, baking mix, basil, thyme, milk and eggs. Beat vigorously one minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake about 40 minutes until pick inserted cones out clean. Cool slightly. Remove from pan.
