BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. (stick) butter
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. banana extract
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake from 40-50 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing. Leave overnight in refrigerator, cuts better. Freezes beautifully.
