LEMON BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together crust ingredients and pat in bottom of an 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out of oven.

TOPPING: Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add beaten eggs, juice, and rind; beat and pour over hot baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes more. Cool; sift powdered sugar over top and cut into squares.
