OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
2 (3 - 3 1/2 lb.) frying chicken, cut in serving pieces
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. fine corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Dip chicken pieces in butter and then in a mixture of remaining ingredients. Arrange in 2 (13"x9"x2") baking pans. (Allow space between pieces so crust gets crisp.)

Bake, uncovered in moderate oven, 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
