OATMEAL CUSTARD PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
2/3 c. nuts
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and put into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. Resembles pecan pie.
