POTATO BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 c. hot mashed potatoes
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
1 can French fried onions
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded cheese

Whip cream cheese, milk and butter into hot potatoes. Season to taste. Fold in 1/2 of onions. Pile potatoes in a greased casserole dish and make a well in the center. Arrange hot broccoli in well and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is melted.
