BROWNIE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix sugar and flour, set aside. Combine butter, oil, water, and cocoa into saucepan, bring to a boil, pour over flour mixture. Add eggs, vanilla and milk, mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Bake for 1 hour at 300°F.

Brownie Icing:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (optional)

Bring butter, cocoa, and buttermilk to a rolling boil in sauce pan. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour over cake while still hot.
