SUNSHINE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
2 envelopes Lipton onion Cup-A-Soup
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. honey

In medium skillet, brown chicken. In bowl, blend remaining ingredients; add to skillet. Simmer, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until tender.
