POTATO DISH 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 sm. pkg. corn flakes (reserved some for topping)

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Top with reserved corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Make the night before serving.
