5 lbs. potatoes, mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
3/4 to 1 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. onion salt

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a dish uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Could be made 1-2 days ahead and kept in refrigerator before baking. Nice for baptisms and confirmations.
