1 lg. pkg. marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
12 or more cherries
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cut up marshmallows into small pieces. Drain juice from pineapple. Add pineapple to marshmallows. Mix cut up cherries, cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise together. Add this to marshmallows and pineapple mixture. Whip cream and fold into other mixture. Chill and serve. Pecans may be added if desired.
