SIMPLE AND TASTY CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Use one half of this mixture to line the bottom of a small casserole or cake pan. Mix butter, flour, and milk in saucepan and heat to make a cream sauce. Add corn, salt, pepper, onion salt and eggs. Mix with spoon. Pour corn mixture into lined pan. Top with remaining buttered crumbs.

Bake in a 375°F oven until golden brown (or about 35-45 minutes).
