DIET SOUP 
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
2-3 bell peppers
2 tbsp. onion flakes
Salt to taste
1 c. chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. mixed vegetable flakes
3 c. tomato juice

Cook until celery, cabbage and peppers are tender. Note: Don't add tomato juice until vegetables are tender.
