LOW CALORIE HERB DRESSING | |
1/4 c. olive oil 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. chopped chives 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 (6 oz.) V 8 juice or tomato juice Mix all ingredients thoroughly (33 calories per tablespoon). Tofu dressing: add 4 ounces tofu to above recipe. Whip in blender (25 calories per tablespoon). Yogurt dressing: add 1/2 cup plain low cal yogurt to above recipe, whip in blender (25 calories per tablespoon). Bleu cheese dressing: add 1 ounce crumbled bleu cheese to basic dressing (25 calories per tablespoon). |
