LEMON CHICKEN BREAST | |
1/2 c. oil 3 tbsp. dry white wine 2 tsp. grated lemon peel 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. dried parsley 2 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves Lemon slices Preheat broiler pan and broiler. (Grill may also be used.) Combine in medium size baking dish all ingredients except chicken and lemon slices. Stir to mix well. Add chicken to marinade. Turn to coat. Marinate 20 minutes at room temperature. Remove chicken from marinade. Broil 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon slices. 253 calories, 14 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 68 mg cholesterol. |
