LEMON CHICKEN BREAST 
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 chicken breast halves
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dry white wine
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Heat oil in heavy skillet until hot. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on both sides. Place chicken in square baking dish. Discard drippings. Add parsley and next three ingredients to skillet and bring to boil. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice and paprika. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes - or until tender.
