LEMON CHICKEN BREAST 
2 tbsp. butter
2-3 chicken breasts, skinned & deboned
1 lemon
Salt & pepper
Pepper
1 med. onion
1 tsp. granulated garlic

In skillet in hot butter, cook chicken for 8 minutes or until light brown on both sides. Stir in lemon juice. Add onion and thin lemon slice, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
