INDIAN RELISH 
12 lg. ripe tomatoes, skinned and smashed
12 lg. apples, cored and chopped
9 onions, peeled and chopped
2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. salt

Blend all ingredients. Cook until thick. Pack in hot jars and seal.
