APPLE RELISH 
8 ripe tomatoes
8 McIntosh apples
6 onions
3 red peppers
3 green peppers
1 3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. salt
2 1/4 c. salt

Skin tomatoes, crush with potato masher. Pare apples. Put apples, onions and peppers through meat grinder or food processor. Thoroughly mix, add remaining ingredients and boil 1 hour. Put in hot jars and seal. Makes 5-8 pints, depending on size of vegetables. This is very good when put on pork chops or hamburgers.
