BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
1 doz. blintzes (6 cheese plus 6 fruit), thaw to separate
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream (12 oz.)
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Cinnamon to taste

Make in Pyrex oblong dish. Melt butter and pour in pan. Place blintzes in pan alternating cheese and fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Beat rest of ingredients together and pour over blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
