CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE #2 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans

Mix together sugar and flour in bowl. In pan bring to boil butter, cocoa, water and oil. As soon as it starts to boil, pour into sugar and flour mixture. Mix together soda, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

As soon as you take cake from oven mix together butter, cocoa, and milk in pan. Bring to boil. Turn off heat and stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Pour over warm cake.
