RICH CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar

Cake: Mix sugar and flour together. Heat butter, shortening and water to a rolling boil. Pour over sugar/flour mixture. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting: Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour over cake.
