ESKIMO PUNCH 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. strawberries
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade concentrate
1 qt. water
1 qt. ginger ale
2 pts. lemon sherbet

Combine strawberries and lemon concentrate and beat to blend. Add water and ginger ale. Pack sherbet into a one quart ring, mold and freeze. Serve punch on a large bowl and float sherbet ring on top. Use iced tea spoons to serve.
