Potatoes Vinegar Salad oil Dill pickles Onions Fresh parsley Quite a bit of salt and pepper 2 eggs 2-3 tbsp. Mazola 2 rounded tbsp. mayonnaise Boil potatoes in jackets. Cut up while still warm into squares. Sprinkle with vinegar and salad oil. Cut up pickles and onions. Crumbled parsley. Add salt and pepper. Cover and set an table overnight. Next day: Beat eggs, add Mazola until foamy. Add mayonnaise. Fold into potatoes. |
