SWEET POTATOES DENISE 
6 sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. cider or apple juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. raisins

Cook potatoes in skins. Peel and slice. Combine cranberry sauce, apple cider (or apple juice), water, brown sugar and nutmeg in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Stir in butter until melted.
