STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 cube butter
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix until crumbly. Pat it out in pan. Bake 9 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Cool.

FILLING:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten well

Spread on crust. Bake at 250 degrees for 11 to 12 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

2 pts. strawberries

Leave one pint whole, mash the other and add 2/3 cup sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves and comes to boil. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup water. Add to berries. Put whole berries on pizza and then add cooked berries.
