1 pkg. refrigerator cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pt. strawberries
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch

Spread refrigerator cookie dough on two 9-inch round tins or one 13-inch pizza pan for crust. Bake as directed and cool.

Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar. Spread on crust and arrange strawberries, cut in half, on top.

PREPARE GLAZE: Mix together and boil until clear the water, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir in gelatin. Cool. Pour over strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
