STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 sticks butter
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together. Spread on cookie sheet or pizza pan which has been lined with foil. Fold foil to give about an inch height on all sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over cooled crust.

TOPPING:

1 pt. mashed strawberries
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. water

Cook until thick. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on top of filling. Better if prepared the night before.
