BROWN MUSHROOM RICE 
1 can onion soup
1 can beef consomme soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 1/4 c. rice
Oleo

Combine soups in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add rice and mushrooms. Stir well. Dot with butter. Bake covered in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove cover, stir and continue baking for 15 minutes.
