BEEF 'N CHEESE FOLDOVER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
3/4 c. BBQ sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
Sliced cheese (Colby, American or Velveeta)
Sesame seeds

Brown meat and onions. Stir in BBQ sauce. Unroll 1/2 crescent dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap and seal edges to form one rectangle. Spread on meat mix, cover with cheese. Cover with remaining crescent dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
