BEST CHEESECAKE 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, room temperature
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix first 2 ingredients and press into a springform pan. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the condensed milk and beat until smooth. Adding one egg at a time, beat thoroughly with each egg. Add lemon juice and beat again. Pour into prepared uncooked crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Doneness is when it is set, when a knife comes out clean.
